Acceptable Use Policy
What BAB3 is for
BAB3 is a bring-your-own-key instrument for fiction, scene, voice, character, plot, and story development.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use BAB3 to generate, request, store, or distribute:
- child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
- pornographic or obscene material;
- content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence;
- instructions facilitating serious physical harm, weapons of mass destruction, or other illegal activity;
- malware or content intended to defraud or deceive; or
- anything prohibited by law or by the policies of the model provider you connect.
There is zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors or other illegal and abusive use. Fiction may portray conflict, villainy, or loss; that does not excuse a prohibited use.
Your provider, your responsibility
BAB3 does not include or sell model access. Hosted providers enforce their own terms and safety policies. Local and custom models may have no provider-side moderation; if you connect one, you are responsible for the prompts and output and for complying with this policy and applicable law.
Reporting and privacy
Report violations to support@llmtech.net. Do not include provider keys or private manuscript material. BAB3 does not send prompts or outputs to Everplay-Tech; see the Privacy Policy and product/support page.
