DUD3P0 — Acceptable Use Policy

What DUD3P0 is for

DUD3P0 is a bring-your-own-key tool for research, reasoning, and code. It helps you investigate questions, structure arguments, reason through problems, and write software — with auditable receipts and honest uncertainty.

What it is not for

DUD3P0 is not intended for, and you agree not to use it to, generate, request, store, or distribute:

sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance);
pornographic or obscene material;
content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group;
instructions that facilitate serious physical harm, weapons of mass destruction, or other illegal activity;
malware, or content intended to defraud or deceive;
any content prohibited by applicable law or by the policies of the model provider you connect.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content. Generating it is a breach of these terms.

Bring-your-own-key & provider responsibility

DUD3P0 does not include or sell model access. You connect your own provider:

Frontier / hosted providers (recommended) — e.g., OpenAI and OpenAI-compatible services — enforce their own usage policies and content moderation server-side. When you use one, that provider's content policy governs the output, in addition to this policy.
Local or custom models (e.g., Ollama, llama.cpp) are an advanced option with no provider-side moderation. If you connect one, you are solely responsible for all content you generate and for complying with this policy and the law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts you enter and the content you generate, and for using DUD3P0 lawfully and in line with this policy and the connected provider's terms.

Reporting & enforcement

To report content or behavior that violates this policy, contact info@llmtech.net. We may update this policy; continued use constitutes acceptance. DUD3P0 runs on-device and transmits your prompts and outputs only to the provider you chose — never to Everplay-Tech — so reports should include the detail needed for us to act.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. DUD3P0 collects no analytics, has no account, and keeps your keys and work on your device.
