DUD3P0 Privacy Policy

Effective: June 23, 2026 · Everplay-Tech · Applies to DUD3P0 for iOS and the paired DUD3Runner desktop companion.

Overview

DUD3P0 is a bring-your-own-key research, reasoning, and code assistant. It is built around local storage, user-controlled routing, and optional user-configured providers. Everplay-Tech does not operate a chat backend for DUD3P0, does not proxy your normal model requests, and does not receive your prompts, provider keys, connector tokens, mission files, receipts, or chat history.

What Everplay Collects

Everplay does not collect DUD3P0 app data.

DUD3P0 includes no Everplay analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no tracking, no Everplay crash-reporting upload, and no Everplay telemetry endpoint. The App Store privacy label is based on developer collection by Everplay-Tech and its developer partners.

Data Stored On Your Device

DUD3P0 stores app data locally on your device, including:

Provider API keys, OAuth tokens, personal access tokens, and similar credentials are stored in the platform Keychain where applicable. They are not bundled with the app and are not sent to Everplay.

Bring-Your-Own-Key Providers

When you configure a remote model provider, DUD3P0 sends your selected prompt and chat context directly from your device to the provider or endpoint you chose, using the key you supplied. Supported routes may include OpenAI-compatible endpoints, Anthropic, DeepSeek-compatible routes, local endpoints, and similar user-configured services.

Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Everplay does not receive or store those provider-bound requests or responses.

Optional Integrations

DUD3P0 can optionally connect to user-configured services such as web search, URL reading, Google Workspace, GitHub, MCP connectors, cloud text-to-speech providers, local model endpoints, and the DUD3Runner desktop companion. These integrations act only after you configure them or take an action that uses them.

DUD3Runner uses local files, iCloud/App Group folders, and sealed key capsules for mission handoff. It does not create an Everplay-hosted chat backend.

Apple Services

Super Mode purchases and restores are handled by Apple StoreKit. Apple may process purchase information under Apple's own terms. Everplay does not run a separate payment processor for DUD3P0.

On-Device Engine And Receipts

DUD3P0 includes a vendored Rust engine for local planning, policy, receipt, and egress classification. The engine is designed so provider keys, OAuth tokens, personal access tokens, raw secrets, and sealed capsules are not part of its turn-planning JSON boundary.

Your Choices

Children's Privacy

DUD3P0 is not directed to children under 13. Everplay does not knowingly collect personal information from children through DUD3P0.

Changes

We will update this policy if DUD3P0's practices change. If Everplay later adds analytics, an Everplay-hosted backend, server-side account collection, or partner SDK collection, the App Store privacy label and this policy will be updated before release.
