MailSloth

The writing desk for serious email

Templates, pigeonholes, and dispatch — wired to a mail server you operate, not a shared SaaS inbox we can read.

What it does

MailSloth is for people who want Apple-quality polish on the front and sysadmin-grade control on the back. It talks to a mail stack you run so outbound mail, webhooks, and background workers stay inside your fence.

When AiMANAC is around, it can ask MailSloth to send or sort through the desk you already trust — think “use my own mail room” instead of pasting secrets into a random website.

  • Desk + pigeonhole metaphors for templates and routing
  • Encrypted live handshake with your server when something sensitive needs to move
  • Background workers for real mail pipelines — not toy demos
  • Secure reset flows so unlinking a mailbox does not leave ghosts behind
